I actually never intended for the white patterns to be static...they were vaguely meant to be however I/whoever felt like doing them at the time. Though these ones seem to be working out pretty well!
It's vaguely referenced off those dancing Shiva statues, down to the clothes-slipping-off hips. Vaguely referenced means I remember the impression of movement they gave, but nothing else, and so I tried to get that here as well. Whee. I dunno that it worked, though. Haha. XD
